Hello from American Blanket Company!

Because of Covid-19 Shelter-In-Place orders, our office staff is very limited in size and in what support we can offer. Here is a list of FAQ answers, that may help you.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Can be requested within 24 hours of a submitted order. After 24 hours has passed, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order as production work will have already started, and the order cannot be retrieved during production, due to high volume. If you would like to change/cancel your order, please email: orders@americanblanketcompany.com within 24 hours of your confirmation.

RETURNS: Due to the personal nature of Face Mask, we cannot accept returns on any Face Mask order. If there is a manufacturing defect, please submit photos and explanation to orders@americanblanketcompany.com within 10 days of delivery. We will advise instructions from there.


ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME: All current production times for face masks can be found
here.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: If you didn't receive an order confirmation after you submitted your order, please check your junk/bulk mail box as it sometimes hides in there.

SHIPPING: Our Face Masks are hand sewn in Fall River, MA, and will ship from that location, once complete. You will be notified by email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received the shipment email, your order is still in production and we are working very hard to get it out as soon as possible.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped via your selected delivery method AFTER production is complete. See production times for face masks

LIVECHAT: We have had to turn off Live Chat because we could not keep us with the message volume, if you sent a message via Live Chat since April 3, 2020, we have not received it, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

BLANKET ORDERS: If you have a question about a blanket order (not Face Masks) please email kim.mcgee@americanblanketcompany.com. Please note we can only ship in-stock blankets until June 1st. If you would like an oversized, custom size, custom printed or embroidered blanket please allow 3 weeks for production, before shipping.
