Returns

 

Blankets, Bedding and Wraps: 

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our standard size, standard stock blankets, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Blanket must be in new, unused & unwashed condition to be eligible for a return. Proof of purchase is required to honor a refund or exchange,

To initiate a blanket return/exchange, please email: returns@americanblanketcompany.com.

·       Provide the order number in the subject line

·       Include email address, name, billing address, and a brief explanation. 

·       Include details of the product you would like as an exchange item

We will issue you a Return Authorization Code to include with your return which must be included with your shipment back to us. Please email tracking information for any blankets being returned to us. Tracking notification serves as proof of shipment.

For any custom blankets, including oversized/custom, printed or embroidered blankets, all sales are final, and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Luster LoftTM Blankets - Lifetime Warranty Claims: 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of our workmanship and materials – for LIFE. If you believe your Luster LoftTM blanket has a manufacturer's defect, please email: returns@americanblanketcompany.com

  • Provide your order number in the subject line. 
  • Include email address, name, billing address, and a brief explanation. 
  • Include photographs of the defect area in question. 

To qualify, product must be purchased from www.americanblanketcompany.com. Once the QA issue and proof of purchase is validated, we will send a Return Authorization Code that must be included with the return of the blanket. Our QA team will review and if deemed defective, we will replace your blanket with the same item (or similar, if product is no longer available). With an approved claim, replacement blankets will be shipped back to you at our expense.

In order to qualify for a warranty claim, blankets must be laundered using the provided care instructions. Damage to blankets from improper care or use will be considered damaged and not covered under the Lifetime Warranty on workmanship and materials.  

Face Masks: 

Due to the personal nature of face masks, and current health restrictions, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on any face mask orders. ALL FACE MASK SALES ARE FINAL. 

We inspect all orders before they ship, to ensure high quality product for you and your family. If you believe your face mask has a manufacturer's defect, that prohibits the ability to use the product, please email: returns@americanblanketcompany.com within 20 days of delivery.

Our Quality Assurance team will review defect email claim, if the QA issue is qualified via email, we will send a Return Authorization Code that must be included with the return of the face mask – only return the item that you believe is defective, not the entire pack, as only the defective units will be replaced. Please email the tracking information once your return is shipped. Tracking information will serve as proof of shipment. Our QA team will review product and if confirmed defective, we will replace your face mask with the same item (or similar, if exact product is no longer available) at our expense.
