    American Flag Knit Blanket, Throw - Banner 48"x72"

    The blanket is nice. but the return impossible

    I originally purchased this blanket as a giveaway item for work. Unfortunately, after placing the order, I learned it did not qualify due to the price being over $50, so I needed to return it.
    The website states that returns can be made within 30 days, but you must email to receive the return address. I have emailed the listed address, called the provided phone number, left voicemails, and followed up multiple times over the past three weeks, yet I have not received any response.
    This has been very frustrating and time-consuming. I chose not to leave a one-star review because the product itself appears to be very nice, and I appreciate that it is made in the USA. However, the return process, especially the lack of communication, is extremely disappointing. At this point, I am still waiting for a response, and based on that experience alone, I would rate the return process zero stars.
